Satyam Foundation Pan India Signs MoU to Make Bulandshahr District Carbon Neutral
SATYAM FOUNDATION (PAN INDIA) and the District Panchayat Raj Office, Bulandshahr have signed an MoU to work towards the vision of “Carbon Neutral Bulandshahr” in alignment with India’s Paris Agreement climate goals.The initiative focuses on solar energy, scientific waste management, biomass & gobar gas promotion, large-scale tree plantation, and organic farming practices.Special emphasis will be given to stubble management, reducing waste burning, and strengthening climate-resilient farmer livelihoods across villages.Our mission is to develop Carbon Neutral Villages in Bulandshahr and create a scalable sustainable rural development model for the entire Delhi NCR region. 🇮🇳 This initiative supports India’s vision of becoming a low-carbon and climate-resilient nation under Viksit Bharat 2047.We welcome collaboration from CSR partners, institutions, and stakeholders committed to building a greener and sustainable India.



Our President Mr. Nitin Sherawat’s Engagement with IFC – World Bank Group on Climate Action (Aug 18 2025)
Satyam Foundation continues to strengthen its commitment towards climate action and environmental sustainability through global engagement and grassroots initiatives. During a meaningful interaction with IFC – World Bank Group and Mr. Shalabh Tandon, Mr. Nitin Sherawat highlighted the importance of people-driven climate action. He emphasized that the world is one family facing the shared challenge of climate change and global warming. Mr. Sherawat shared that Bharat’s deep cultural connection with nature can become a strong foundation for environmental awareness and sustainable living. The discussion focused on renewable energy, sustainable livelihoods, eco-friendly development, and climate-resilient communities. Learning from Environmental Leadership & River Rejuvenation Initiatives (31st May 2025)

The True Key To Social Development: Capacity Building & Community Engagement
The President of Satyam Foundation represented the organization at the prestigious India CSR & ESG Summit organized by CSRBOX®, engaging with national CSR leaders and policymakers. Environmental Concern & Action Initiative – 14 November 2020, Pahalgam (Kashmir)
On 14 November 2020, Satyam Foundation highlighted serious environmental concerns in the Pahalgam region of Kashmir, where illegal burning activities in the Himalayas were reported for coal extraction purposes. The team took prompt action by raising the issue with the Department of Wildlife, Bijbehara, Kashmir, to protect the fragile ecosystem. The initiative also brought attention to several growing concerns related to pollution and degradation of rivers and lakes in the region. This effort aimed to promote environmental protection and ensure sustainable conservation of natural resources.



Urgent Environmental Concern Raised During Lockdown – 19 April 2020, Srinagar (J&K)
On 19 April 2020, Satyam Foundation raised serious concern regarding the deteriorating condition of Dal Lake and surrounding soil quality in areas like Saidapora and Alasteng, Srinagar. The team highlighted that continued environmental damage could severely impact the lake ecosystem if not addressed immediately. Despite the lockdown situation, the foundation questioned the delay in action and emphasized the importance of taking corrective steps at the earliest. The message strongly called for urgent environmental protection and responsible management of natural resources.



Swachh Bharat Appeal During Lockdown – 16 April 2020, Srinagar (J&K)
On 16 April 2020, Satyam Foundation highlighted that the lockdown period was an important opportunity to improve cleanliness and sanitation across India, as people were staying at home during the nationwide restrictions. The initiative focused on the urgent need for action under the Swachh Bharat Mission to strengthen environmental hygiene and public sanitation. The foundation also raised concerns regarding waste accumulation and cleanliness issues in areas such as Mulphaq and Danihama, Srinagar. The message emphasized the importance of immediate attention and collective responsibility in building a cleaner and healthier India.



Clean & Green Kashmir Initiative – 5 April 2020, Anantnag (J&K)
On 5 April 2020, Satyam Foundation reported a historic community response in Anantnag district where people came together with a strong commitment to cleanliness and environmental improvement. The initiative aimed to transform cities and villages into clean and well-maintained spaces, promoting hygiene and civic responsibility. The vision was to develop a “clean and shining Kashmir” through collective public participation. Cleanliness Drive Action in Anantnag District – 3 April 2020 (J&K)
On 3 April 2020, Satyam Foundation reported active ground-level work in Anantnag district where eight villages were taken up for cleanliness and sanitation improvement. The initiative involved coordination with local administration and utilization of available machinery to accelerate cleaning activities. The team also worked closely with village communities to ensure participation and transparency in the process. This effort aimed to improve hygiene conditions and promote accountable action for better rural sanitation.




Satyam Foundation COVID-19 Awareness & Relief Drive – 19 March 2020, Srinagar (J&K)
On 19 March 2020, Satyam Foundation team conducted a field drive in the Hazratbal area near Dal Lake, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir during the COVID-19 pandemic. The team engaged with local communities to spread awareness about safety measures and virus prevention. During the visit, they observed rising concerns regarding the spread of infection in the region. The initiative aimed to support public awareness and strengthen community response against COVID-19.
